A complete overhaul of the Bambu website to bring clarity, structure, and emotional connection to a previously product-heavy and brand-light experience.

Bambū Website Re-design

  • Chè was overly emphasized while other offerings like smoothies, bobateas, and yogurts were hidden or buried

  • Brand values, mission, and origin story were missing or difficult to find

  • No clear hierarchy—product categories were scattered with poor navigation

  • Overload of product photography without any community, lifestyle, or emotional touchpoints

  • Missed opportunity to highlight healthy, vegan-friendly ingredients

Problems

  • Rebuilt the site’s navigation and structure with a user-first mindset

  • Balanced visibility across all drink categories using boxed layout and visual rhythm

  • Added brand storytelling blocks (mission, values, health ingredients) to establish identity

  • Introduced lifestyle photography and human-focused visuals to reflect Bambu’s community-driven ethos

  • Applied clear visual hierarchy through typography, layout, and interaction design

  • Aligned all web visuals with the updated brand system from the menu redesign
